Client Operations, Account Executive (6-Month FTC) – London


Are you looking to kickstart your career in client operations? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!


Why Apply?


This is a six-month temporary role designed to support a key client account during a period of team transition. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client operations, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in administration, complaints handling, and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Client Operations team
  • Handle and resolve client complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct light data analysis and assist with billing tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Support team stability by contributing to daily operations


What We Are Looking For:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with accuracy being a key priority
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous client-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
