IJGlobal is seeking a driven and team-oriented Account Executive to join our high-performing commercial team. This quota-carrying role is focused on generating new business across the infrastructure and energy markets. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding IJGlobal’s market presence by identifying and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative
- Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce
- Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals
- Prospect new opportunities while effectively managing multiple leads through the sales funnel
- Synthesize and leverage market data to craft relevant, tailored outreach
- Collect and document prospect feedback to refine messaging and improve sales strategies
Candidate Profile
- 2-3+ years of success in B2B sales, business development and lead generation
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus)
- Must be based within commuting distance of our London office and available to work in-office at least 3 days per week
Compensation, Benefits And Work Authorization
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
