Spinnaker is an energetic, boutique full-service marketing and communications agency, formed in
2004 and currently based in London Bridge. Our in-house expertise spans creative, social, PR,
influencer marketing, video, search, advertising, paid media, website development, and live events.

What The Role Will Involve
• Support in the management of influencer campaigns at large budgets.
• Attendance and support at event and shoots to manage creators or help capture social
content.• Support in compiling media lists, drafting media materials, media outreach and forging
media relationships and amplification of campaigns.
• Sharing trends and industry insights and reports with clients.
• Managing our PR platforms Response Source & Cision, identifying and responding to press
opportunities, monitoring and sharing client press coverage.
• Being proactive and responding to client emails and assisting with account admin
• A keen interest in and knowledge of social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
and X, with an understanding of platform functions and an eagerness to develop your skills in
this area.
• A passion for social media, including creating content in-app, writing social copy, scheduling
and community management.
• Creative thinking, with the ability to brainstorm and brief designers to develop engaging
content.
• An interest in using and understanding data to optimise campaign performance and inform
future content strategies. Hard-working, keen to learn and a great team player.
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and
organisational skills.
• Ability to tailor content for different platforms, ensuring relevance and engagement for each
audience.
• Scheduling and publishing content using tools such as Sprout Social or native platform tools.
• Using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics to track performance
and inform content strategy.
• Collaborating with designers and video editors to brief and develop high-quality creative
assets.
• Engaging with audiences, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community
growth in line with the brand’s tone of voice.

Other Skills and Qualifications
• You are likely to be a recent graduate with a degree or have one year of experience in a
social, PR or marketing role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Director
across the entertainment division.
