The Opportunity

This role is part of our digitally focused client team, where you will work across a variety of accounts, including Samsung, our largest and most integrated partnership.

Samsung embodies our multi-specialist approach, offering unique opportunities to create innovative and impactful work for one of the world’s most influential brands.

While Samsung will be your primary focus, you will also support other digital accounts, broadening your expertise across diverse industries.

For Samsung, you will contribute to the Retail division, delivering exceptional training and engagement programs for retail staff and B2B sales teams through our bespoke learning platform.

Our mission is to enhance brand knowledge, inspire loyalty, and drive sales through engaging content and innovative digital solutions. This role is essential to achieving that vision, producing work that excites clients and delivers results

What you'd spend your day

Your day-to-day as a Account Executive

In this role, you'll be an important part of the team, supporting the management of relationships with assigned clients to ensure their needs are understood and met. You'll help monitor campaign performance and assist with keeping track of project budgets. You will also help prepare presentation decks that provide clear insights, helping both the team and clients stay informed about progress. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and supporting innovation will be an exciting part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to assist with managing projects from start to finish, helping with communication and contributing to digital projects across web, app, and mobile. During busy periods, you’ll also help develop campaigns and assist in bringing creative ideas to life.

Working closely with a small but supportive team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with internal departments like Project Management, Creative, Design, UX, Analytics, and Tech, all while learning how we deliver solutions that meet both client and user needs.

Your organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication will be key to your success in supporting the team and contributing to overall project outcomes.

What we're looking for

Are you energetic, eager to learn, and proactive?

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to take on new challenges. You’ll be joining a motivated team, so a genuine interest in producing great work and helping move projects forward is key. We want someone who’s excited to learn, stay on top of trends, and support the team in delivering excellent results for clients.

Do you enjoy building strong relationships?

You don’t need to be an expert communicator just yet, but you should be excited about connecting with people. You’ll have the opportunity to work with both internal teams and clients, so a positive attitude and the ability to share information in a clear and friendly way will help build trust. Being approachable and having a natural ability to build rapport will be important as you grow in the role.

Are you detail-oriented and organised?

Organisation and attention to detail will be essential as you help support the team. You’ll assist with managing key processes, including financial tracking and client deliverables. Being proactive, reliable, and able to stay on top of tasks will help you contribute to the team’s success, even as you continue learning and developing in the role.
