About The Team
Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripe’s portfolio. The OCS & Backend Payments Product Sales team is tasked with driving revenue growth for products like Radar, Multiprocessor and Adaptive Pricing. Our team is hiring an Account Executive, Product - to drive sales for strategic LPM's.
What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, Product , you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of strategic LPM'S. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product knowledge and drive strategic deals. You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers – and building and executing against our go to market strategy.
You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including C-level executives. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You’re as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders. You’re excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. You’re an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator who is highly analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth by selling strategic LPM's to a variety of businesses.
- Understand and articulate the value propositions of both products to key stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring successful implementation of these BNPLs.
- Serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert on strategic LPM's and engage with cross functional teams (Partners, Post Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering) to help drive and iterate the GTM strategy.
- Synthesize and relay customer feedback and our findings to inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
Hybrid work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £163,400 - £245,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
