We are seeking an Account Manager to join the team supporting an international client. You will work alongside the Senior Account Manager and Account Director, the key UK Client, suppliers and internal contacts to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual will need to be a strong negotiator who can support the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business.
Role responsibilities
- Devise and lead technical input, challenge the brief and implement effective, outstanding and innovative solutions
- Devise and produce agreed detailed specifications based on our client’s business and your substantial experience. Negotiate and agree deadline dates managing the whole project lifecycle
- Work with suppliers building specifications, producing 3D renders and prototypes and walk-through with the client
- Closely monitoring with the supplier delivery schedules are being adhered to and planning for any risks
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their display solutions
- Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
- Work with Account Director to identify and win new business opportunities
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA’s
What we need from you
- Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print / temporary and permanent POS is required
- Previous experience working in marketing print procurement essential
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Has a high level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
- Experienced and confident with press passing
- Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work in systems is essential
