We are seeking to grow our Account Management team and require individuals who will be accountable for fostering growth from our medium enterprise clients. Your role will involve recognising and collaborating with key stakeholders within the customer's organisation to maximise opportunities and deliver value. We require someone with a proven track record of selling cloud software, ideally in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance, as well as the ability to sell business value to finance and business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with the leadership team of customers and gain insight into the internal and external factors affecting their business.
- Present MHR's strategy to the customer leadership team.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create a shared vision for the future, outlining the value that MHR will provide.
- Generate leads, build a pipeline, and sell MHR solutions.
- Engage with potential customers at the director level, highlighting MHR's strategic value proposition and driving deals to close.
- Use Salesforce to document daily activities and track performance.
- Ensure that all customers are willing to serve as references. Visit customers every 90 days.
- Work with the Customer Success team to address any escalations and ensure that customers are deriving value from their investment in MHR.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of MHR's product and service offerings.

- Demonstrate a successful track record of selling cloud software, with a preference for experience in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance.

- Focus strongly on building relationships and working effectively within a team-selling environment.

- Be knowledgeable in technology, including cloud platforms, integration, and analytics.
