Job Description
The role of
Account Manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing & maintaining your desk and making sure that all queries from your customers are acknowledged and answered, along with meeting sales targets to upsell our Radius services.
We would love to welcome you to our
Crewe Eurocard office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers
- No cold calling, managing a base of live customer accounts, driving sales and upsell on Radius products and services.
- Hold strong conversations to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs.
- Offering services based on customer requirements.
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
- Use your initiative to maintain your relationships and put feedback into practice.
Qualifications
- Account management or sales professional experience.
- Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred but not a necessity.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
