With experience of the hospital networks in the region, we are offering training to the right character to become a solution selling expert in one of , if not the, fastest growing med tech companies globally. Due to rapid expansion Mindray UK requires an ambitious hunter to join our expanding team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, South UK, PMLS, you will be ‘hunter’ in style with a strong desire for success, looking to join a business that offers quality innovative solutions at pace to the customer. Your Responsibilities
- Differentiate Mindray’s product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions
- Establishes & continuously develops relationships with departmental & technical decision makers in conjunction both direct and via distributors, to gain access to C-Suite decision makers. Clinical, technical and commercial expert for assigned products and solutions
- Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets
- Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool. Work with sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
- Demonstrate professionalism and credibility with KOL in the Patient Monitoring and Life Support arena
- Clinical, technical and commercial networking
- Weekly reporting including activity reports, forecasting and opportunity reporting
- Manage territory demo stock requirements
- Exceed quarterly and annual territory sales targets
- Follow trends in healthcare planning
- Monitor competitive activity
What are we looking for in you?
- Either demonstrates success in overachieving in selling within the Healthcare or Medical industry OR working in a hospital in the region, with ambition to move into a commercial sales role.
- Ability to manage and develop business with key clinical contacts and hospitals
- Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential new customers
- Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business
- Independence – recognise how to get things done
- Relationship skills – able to build strong positive relationships with customer key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization
- Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Excellent computer and analytical skills
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
- Fluent in English
- Happy to travel c70% of time
- Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
