The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting core finance operations including:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and invoice management
- Assisting with month-end reporting
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Experience working within property or real estate is highly desirable – particularly commercial property
- Familiarity with Qube (MRI) software would be a bonus, but not essential
- Any finance/accounting qualifications (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA part-qualified) would be a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills
