Accounts Payable and Receivable Co-Ordinator
Location: Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (based on experience)

Labman are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active,
Accounts Payable and Receivable Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic workforce at our globally recognised and multi-award-winning company. Headquartered in North Yorkshire, specialising in design and manufacture of bespoke laboratory automation systems and products for a diverse range of industries worldwide.
Duties to include but not limited to :
- Accurately process a high volume of invoices
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Supplier and customer record maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Coding and entering employee credit card expenses accurately
- Creation and issue of sales invoices and credit notes
- Allocating payments and investigating any differences
- Proactively following up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and letters
- Reporting into and supporting the Finance Manager with any ad-hoc tasks
- Support system development and process improvements
You will bring:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar would be an advantage but not essential
- AAT would be advantageous
