Job Summary: Actemium Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and Weld Maps.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel thin wall pipework.
• Perform TIG welding on Carbon Steel Sch40 and below.
• Utilize personal TIG welding set and tools.
  
  

Industry Experience:

• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
  
  

Process Knowledge:

• Possess knowledge of process pipework systems and Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.
• Understand steam and condensate pipework installations.
• Have knowledge of valve matrices.
  
  

Client and Team Interaction:

• Liaise effectively with clients and procure necessary permits to work.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Drive quality and excellence in all tasks.
  
  

Health and Safety:

• Adhere to site-specific Health and Safety standards.
• Write and implement Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MS).
  
  

Mechanical Systems:

• Have a general understanding of mechanical systems.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Own TIG welding set and tools.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GHP, and process pipework systems.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of steam, condensate pipework installations, and valve matrices.
• Commitment to Health and Safety standards.
