Overview of the role

:AdTech are the technical experts in marketing. The focus of this team is to find innovative solutions to automate and optimise the tracking of all digital marketing campaigns. Their aim is to increase the effectiveness of our performance marketing spend whilst expanding data availability for personalisation and segmentation

.
The AdTech Lead will act as the bridge between Regional Marketing Teams and central tech teams driving forward global initiatives and managing day-to-day stability and smooth performance of our tracking infrastructur

e.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. What you’ll

• do:Ownership of our AdTech roadmap, which alongside the wider marketing tech roadmaps, deliver optimised technology solutions to support the regional marketing teams and improve the customer experi
