LIFE by Be Caring is looking for an Assistant Team Leader (Administrator) to join our Learning Disability independent living service at Holmes Close in Dinnington. About The Role

Position: Assistant Team Leader (Administrator)

Location: Holmes Close, Dinnington

Hours: Part-time, Flexible, 20 hours per week

Working Pattern: Some day, evening and weekend working to support the service out of hours, this may include:

Week 1

Tuesday: 9:00am 2:00pm

Wednesday: 9:00am 2:00pm

Thursday: 5:00pm 10:00pm

Friday: 5:00pm 10:00pm

Week 2

Monday: 9:00am-2:00pm

Wednesday: 5:00pm 10:00pm

Thursday: 5:00pm 10:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am 2:00pm

The above is an example, but working patterns will be discussed at interview, and we are able to be flexible where possible.

Salary: £14,274 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general admin tasks such as printing rotas and archiving documents.
  • Prepare and distribute vouchers.
  • Update and print MAR charts weekly.
  • Collect logbooks and organise files.
  • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Observing and reporting on competencies.
