Description
Broadgate is partnered with a leading firm who provide professional services to a variety of clientele. They are looking for an Administrator to join their inclusive and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality service and effective client relationships.
  • Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations to build lasting relationships.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including accurate processing, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines for transactions and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with Companies House (e.g. incorporations, officer changes, share allotments, confirmation statements, strike offs).
  • Coordinate with clients and third parties (accountants, tax agents, lawyers) to meet legal and transactional deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date statutory records and registers for client entities.
  • Draft documents such as powers of attorney, share certificates, stock transfers, drawdown notices, and meeting minutes.
  • Organise and attend directors' and members' meetings/AGMs as required.
  • Support client onboarding and conduct KYC checks.
  • Process client invoices and payments using various banking platforms. 
Essential Requirements: 
  • Strong academic background or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CGI or ICSA).
  • Experience in UK company secretarial work, ideally with a corporate services provider.
  • Familiarity with (or ability to research) the UK Companies Act.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
