Broadgate is partnered with a leading firm who provide professional services to a variety of clientele. They are looking for an Administrator to join their inclusive and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities include: - Provide ongoing administrative support for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality service and effective client relationships.
- Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations to build lasting relationships.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including accurate processing, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines for transactions and internal procedures.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with Companies House (e.g. incorporations, officer changes, share allotments, confirmation statements, strike offs).
- Coordinate with clients and third parties (accountants, tax agents, lawyers) to meet legal and transactional deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date statutory records and registers for client entities.
- Draft documents such as powers of attorney, share certificates, stock transfers, drawdown notices, and meeting minutes.
- Organise and attend directors' and members' meetings/AGMs as required.
- Support client onboarding and conduct KYC checks.
- Process client invoices and payments using various banking platforms.
Essential Requirements: - Strong academic background or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. CGI or ICSA).
- Experience in UK company secretarial work, ideally with a corporate services provider.
- Familiarity with (or ability to research) the UK Companies Act.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
