CHANGE OF TENANCY ADVISOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Change of Tenancy Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff.

ROLE: Change of Tenancy Advisor

SALARY: £14.50 p/h, circa £28,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: ongoing

LOCATION: Cardiff Gate (CF23)

HOURS: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home - this is not a fully remote position. Candidates need to live locally.

THE ROLE:

• Completing change of tenancies for commercial properties.
• Managing workflow to complete work items in line with age profile.
• Taking Inbound calls to deal with queries and offer Contracts to new customers.
• Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts.
• Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.
• Complex process but full training given.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent IT Skills.
• Manage own workload, work well on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
• Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
