Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. Offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.

What will you be doing?
You’ll provide outstanding customer service and assist your colleagues with your guidance and problem-solving skills
You’ll take the time to gather information from various sources to ensure complaints are handled thoughtfully and resolved effectively.
You’ll also be responsible for following tasks through to completion with care and timeliness, even when managing a heavy workload—your dedication truly makes a difference.
You’ll Embrace the diverse nature of this role, juggling multiple responsibilities with resilience and adaptability, knowing that each task contributes to the bigger picture.

What You’ll Bring
- Solid organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Good IT and system experience (Word, Excel) and ideally you’ll have used scheduling systems
- Comfortable dealing with complex customer requirements and dispute resolution
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in updated systems
