Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Management Administrator
Location: Rotherham, S60
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour + 32 days holiday pay
Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and efficient Facilities Management Administrator to manage all aspects of facilities work from customer enquiry to job completion. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate maintenance tasks, and support engineers, sub-contractors, and site managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and service requests (phone and email).
- Log and track work orders in our electronic system (CAFM).
- Manage and monitor work progress to ensure completion within set deadlines (SLA's).
- Dispatch work to the right team based on location and skills required.
- Re-plan or assign tasks to meet urgent demands and prioritise workload.
- Ensure that all requests are handled within SLA targets and provide regular updates to customers.
- Plan daily schedules for engineers.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with CAFM systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with minute taking is a plus.
