What’s the Opportunity?
We have an opportunity for a Project Administrator to work on a part-time basis as part of a successful Property Consultancy team. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and office support to our clients and surveyors. Our team undertakes large scale condition surveys of affordable housing providers stock and provides asset management related consultancy advice. This role will be based in our Bristol office and will require someone to work for c 20 hours per week which can be either covered working 3 full days or shorter hours over 5 days.
This role could be a great development opportunity for someone with office experience looking for the next step in their career or someone with office experience seeking a new challenge in a role that can offer progression into other areas of the business.
What you need to do to be effective in this role?
- Set up templates (reports / letters)
- Liaise with residents and surveyors to arrange appointments (corresponding via telephone, email, text and social media)
- Update reports in MS Word and Excel
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and their residents
- Keep customer and team informed of progress and outcomes
- Support the team secretaries and administrative staff with ad-hoc day- to-day activities and tasks
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
To apply for this role you must possess / be able to evidence:
- Intermediate / advanced MS Windows skills (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience of working in an office support role
