What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing front-desk reception services, greeting and managing patients professionally
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing calls to appropriate team members
- Booking, rescheduling, and managing patient appointments
- Ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area for patients and staff
- Processing and updating patient records in SystmOne
- Supporting administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and filing
- Assisting with safeguarding, infection prevention, and confidentiality protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience (healthcare experience desirable)
- IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems)
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to different GP practices when required
