About the role

As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and admission of pupils ranging from Nursery to Sixth Form. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will be the school’s ambassador, striving to provide exemplary customer service to prospective parents and pupils. Your responsibilities will include managing enquiries efficiently, developing rapport with families to understand their unique needs, and coordinating school tours. You will also maintain the prospective parents’ databases, ensuring accurate data management throughout the admissions process. By supporting the Admissions Manager in planning events and maintaining compliance with LEA and UKVI requirements, you will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming environment that facilitates a smooth transition for new students.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a May 2025 start date.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a strong service ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in data management or a sales-oriented role is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Dynamics. An affinity for working with children and parents is crucial.
