We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Clinical Haematology team. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing expert care to patients with a range of haematological conditions.
Working in the inpatient, outpatient and day case setting the successful candidate will assess patients, plan, deliver and monitor the care and management of clinical haematology patients.,
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate advanced clinical skills, participate in service evaluation and improvement, audit and research.
- Assess patients and plan, implement and evaluate care using specialist clinical knowledge and skills
- Review patients and provide care in inpatient, outpatient and day ward settings
- Contribute to multidisciplinary approach to patient management
- Provide education and support to patients, carers and colleagues
- Participate in audit, research and service development within the Haematology service.
