“I love my job because I have gained a diverse range of clinical, leadership, management and triage co-ordinating skills which brings great responsibility but also great satisfaction.
My role allows for a positive work/life balance, enabling me to work around my family. I have never missed one of my children’s school plays, class services or after school activities, and I have always been available for the school drop off and pick up!
I love the variation in my job (and the challenges it brings!) because I know I am supported by a fantastic management team - you are never on your own to make these decisions.
I’m proud to have the opportunity to work in a senior position, where I continue grow, learn new skills and feel supported with training, while making a real difference in a continually developing community service.”
