About The Role

As an Agile Delivery Manager at BigHand you will be supporting our Product

Development teams, their leadership and the organisation to realise the value from

an Agile and Lean culture, its frameworks, and tools. We want to build a learning

organisation where this value flows through energised teams to our delighted

customers.

What you’ll do

• Support multiple teams coaching them in self-management, cross functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Work with the teams, product owners and the wider organisation in value delivery –effective backlog creation, management, prioritisation – helping to ensure the vision is delivered.
• Be data driven using metrics to help the teams keep focus on their delivery and improvement plans.
• Organise and facilitate team events, aiming at growing team capabilities to do it autonomously.
• Challenge existing processes and work with people outside the team to update them if they are slowing the team down or not adding the most value for everyone.
• Lead long-term and high-impact organisational changes, such as scaling agile, OKRs, and data-driven decision making.
• Facilitate the alignment and communication, as appropriate, across all the BigHand product teams.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3+ years' experience working as a dedicated scrum master or delivery manager in an agile environment.
• Have used different agile frameworks and practices and can coach the team's adoption of the fittest.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Can facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities and successfully help the group to achieve its goals.
• Exemplary emotional intelligence, you are resilient in the face of failures and conflicts and can keep the team focus and energy while moving forward.
• You work in teams for the teams, and everyone can feel your genuine intention to help them grow better as a team.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with all seniority levels
