Required Skills:-

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in digital or technology projects.

• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Researchers, UX, Product Owners, and Developers.

• Strong understanding of Agile tools, methodologies, and delivery management.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops to address root causes of challenges.

• Capability to work successfully with senior stakeholders, quickly building credibility and trust.

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Self-starter comfortable working in both structured and ambiguous environments.
