As a Agile Delivery Manager within our expanding Enterprise solutions I.T team, you'll lead and manage technology transformation initiatives, enabling our Engineers to develop and deliver one of the worlds most novel and unique eVTOL aircraft's.
This is a newly created role within our Enterprise I.T Team. We're looking for an individual with a strong project management pedigree from a systems, software or technology background, where you would have driven pivotal business-change led I.T led projects within an engineering or engineering adjacent environment.
What success will look like for you, as an Agile Delivery Manager
- Own the design, planning, and execution of technology and I.T business change programmes, ensuring that they align with the organisation's strategic goals and priorities.
- Take lead on defining programme scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Engage with senior leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure alignment with the programme’s goals and objectives.
- Manage programme risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to address potential obstacles.
- Develop and manage the programme’s budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and financial targets are met.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure programme success and deliverables.
What would we like you to bring?
- Proven experience as an I.T or Software Agile Delivery/Project Manager delivering business change focused technology transformation initiatives within an SME environment
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and manage complex programmes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Ideally, but not essentially, you'll have professional certifications in Programme/Project Management or Change Management, knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies, and experience in managing change across multiple departments or international locations.
