Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the value of all KWS crop portfolios within a rotational context (variety positioning and placement within a rotation etc.).
- Develop expertise across all KWS crop portfolios.
- Lead relationships with key technical partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct technical assessments of potential new products for the UK market.
- Develop a multi-crop program of product-related trials specific to the UK, aligned with the requirements of the Product Managers.
- Transfer knowledge of KWS product portfolios to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices with the international Agroservice community within KWS.
- Degree in Agriculture related field (preferred) or the equivalent knowledge through experience.
- FACTS and BASIS qualified.
- Experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, Agroservice Specialist or a similar technically focused role.
- Knowledge of the seed sector or, alternatively, fertilizers or the crop protection industry.
- Proven presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written).

- 35 working hours weekly – additional working hours will be expected based on seasonal demands
- 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
