The Community Connections service is a multi-disciplinary team, working across localities, with and in communities, creating a relationship with citizens so that they are encouraged and supported to be proactive with ours and other services, thus feeling more engaged and empowered to make sustainable changes.
As part of our this service, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for making a difference.
Our Community Connections Advisors are primarily responsible for carrying out housing needs assessments for the Devon Home Choice social housing register.
The Advisors are also the first point of contact for the wider Community Connections Service and they signpost and solve non-complex concerns.
