AI Integration Support Intern

Scope of the role

This 8-week intern role has been established to provide essential support across our Bid team to transition our knowledge library into an AI software solution.

Working closely with the bid team and departmental leadership, the candidate will assist with a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks related to information management to establish quality control.

Tasks and expectations

• Support the coordination and update of Frequently Asked Questions
• Format and categorise Example Answers from previous bids
• Systematically review, categorise and format project information
• Systematically review, categorise and format team CVs
• Organise, name and tag files to match the new AI software protocol

Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Data entry and management
