Anaplan Finance Systems Manager

Are you an experienced Anaplanner with a passion for optimising financial systems and driving business performance? Our client are looking for a dynamic professional with 3+ years of experience in Anaplan. If you have a strong finance background, ideally as a qualified accountant, and a deep understanding of Anaplan, this is your chance to take on a pivotal role in their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the Anaplan models, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
• Work closely with senior finance leaders to define business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Oversee Anaplan integration with other financial systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Offer strategic insights by analysing financial data and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to finance teams to drive user adoption and ensure optimal use of the Anaplan platform.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, preferably in a finance systems team or FP&A role.
• Strong financial background, ideally with a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of successful project management and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.
