About Position and details:

• Role: APO Platform Engineer-DevOps
• Location: Harbour Exchange Square, London
• Hybrid: 2 to 3 days to office
• Job Type: Permanent role

JD:

1.Manage and maintain the DevOps & DevSecOps Tools and Hosted server

• Manage and maintain DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, Nexus, Atlassian Bitbucket, Bamboo etc.) by performing administrative tasks and activities
• Admin activity on hosted Linux server where these tools has been setup
• Implement , integrate and maintain the DevSecOps Tools - SAST , SCA and DAST Tools , e.g. SonarQube, mend.io, HCL AppScan, Checkmarks, OWASPZAP, Snyk etc.
• Involve in DevOps tools upgrade and migration activity, e.g. Nexus version upgrade , Jenkins version upgrade etc.
• Documentation for tools related information e.g. updating the tools HLD documents
• Create Automation workflow in JIRA
• Identify the RBAC and implement it

2.Programming with integration

• Setup the integration between the DevOps Tools e.g. Jira integration with Git
• ensure that integrated systems follow best practices for security (e.g., using encryption, identity and access management, and secure APIs).
• Python programming to utilize the Tools Rest API endpoints
• Scripting in BASH , PowerShell to automate the manual intervention, if any.

3.Collaboration with developers and other teams

• Developers , QA and DevOps teams simplify their environment e.g. for developers to provision of dev environment with tools and software for their development activity seamlessly.
• Understand the current process of end-to-end SDLC and identify the gaps and pain points of development and QA team
