About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer to join a dynamic team for one of the leaders in Manufacturing solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing world-class technical support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CAD/CAM software.
• Conduct training sessions for customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Assist with the installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software at customer sites.
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Conduct software demonstrations and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CNC programming for metal cutting machines (Punch, Laser, Plasma, Oxyfuel, Waterjet).
• Proficiency in G-code/M-code and machine manufacturer-specific codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
