  • Prepare and present status reports, ad hoc reports, and training material for end users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency, and successful implementation of application upgrades and enhancements.
  • Offer expert knowledge of the CCH suite’s data functionality, facilitating integration with other software systems.
  • Lead and assist with projects as delegated by the Head of Practice Management, utilising Smartsheets for project tracking.
  • Manage database records, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling of client, employee, and contact records.
  • Periodically review and cleanse existing reports within CCH, eliminating duplication and improving data clarity.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information handled within the role.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as required by the line manager.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a professional practice environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Practice Management applications or modules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience working with a time & fees system.
  • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Central Suite.
  • Knowledge of SQL (scripts, backups, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.

You’re more than a number to us; you’re an individual with unique talents and aspirations. Our benefits are designed to support your well-being, foster your professional growth, and recognise your contributions:

  • Agile Working: Enjoy the flexibility of core hours from 10AM to 2PM and two home working days, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments seamlessly.
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays, plus the opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days (28 days on a training contract, with the opportunity to buy 5 days).
