Are you looking for an apprenticeship? Do you have a keen interest in Data Protection & Governance?
We have a brilliant opportunity to join our Information Access Team as an Apprentice Information Access Coordinator.
This two-year apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to develop skills in Data Protection, Legislation and Information Access & requirements – Supporting tasks such as compliance tasks, providing guidance on policy & procedure, and managing & reporting risk.
In addition to your work experience, you'll complete a level 4 apprenticeship in Data Protection & Information Governance where you'll gain academic knowledge to complement your practical work.
You will build your confidence in communicating with stakeholders across the business, as you will understand their needs, develop requirements, and deliver guidance & advice.

About You
If you have a keen interest in data protection and information governance with a willingness to learn then we want to hear from you.
You’ll have some experience in data management, MS Office 365, and strong Excel capabilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
This is a fast-paced role whereby you’ll be expected to meet deadlines whilst effectively managing your workload with strong prioritisation ability.
We are looking for you to have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above including Maths and English (standard) and 2/3 A levels or equivalent (BTEC).
If you have studied Law or relevant field at A Level, this would be a huge bonus!
Please note, you will be employed by our Training provider ATA.
