We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Commercial Cleaning Division based in the Thames Valley area. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who will support contracts across multiple client sites.
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our cleaning team ensuring high standards, efficient delivery and strong client relationships.
This role will require a flexible approach to the working hours, as this position will require you to work regular evenings and early mornings dependent on the contractual requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Quality Audits - Monthly and Quarterly
- Stock management and ordering supplies for the operatives
- Timesheet management of the team
- Organising Holiday and sickness cover
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety Policy, PAT testing and Risk Assessment
- Monitoring the mobile team and setting expectations
- Attend Weekly Meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Staff training when required
Skills And Experience
- You must have previous experience working at a supervisory level within a cleaning team
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
