Job Title: Assessment Administrator
Salary: £23,300 - £27,650
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Fixed term (12 months), Full time (35 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Administrator to join a successful, high performing team, providing support to millions of IELTS customers around the world.

About The Role
You will be responsible for providing critical administrative support for new IELTS product features, to internal teams and external suppliers working on end-to-end test content production and results determination processes. As part of this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support for the production of test content at item/task/test level and ensuring they meet required standards of quality and accuracy
- Support testing and business change activities for new IELTS product features
- Provide administrative support to Assessment Specialists and other external suppliers working on the production of test content for new IELTS product features
- Provide administrative support, including booking meetings, organising attendees, booking accommodation and travel arrangements, minute taking, processing finance forms and reporting

About You
As an Assessment Administrator, you will need to have experience providing high-quality administrative services using Microsoft Office products. You'll also have excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, prioritising your workload to tight deadlines.
