As Asset Document Management Intern, you will assist the projects & operations team in annotating PDF asset drawings with appropriate document numbers, obtaining and systematically organizing essential asset documents into designated folders, and re-labeling them to enhance accessibility. You will have take charge of updating the drawing process from mark up to re-issue, learn valuable project management skills and gain experience in overseeing complex tasks from start to finish.

Main responsibilities:
- Marking up the pdf version of the asset drawing with correct document number
- Taking charge of the drawing update process from mark up to re-issue
- Searching and retrieving key asset documents and place them in allocated folders
- Organising and re-labelling asset documents to make it more accessible
- Practical experience with technical documentation and software applications
- A collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Enhanced organizational skills and attention to detail in managing workflows and technical documentation
Essential:
- A 1st, 2nd or 3rd year university student
- Good organisational & communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Logical and systematic approach to problem solving
- Confident working with large datasets
- Previous experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in French is a plus but not essential
