Title: Asset Manager, Associate Level

Location: London, West End

I am partnered with a superb Property Company, an international market leader in real estate. They are now seeking an Asset Manager to join their team.

This is a brilliant and lean team but with a massively diverse scheme, with coverage of assets including logistics, warehousing, offices, mixed-use and more.

They are seeking a RICS accredited candidate with proven asset management experience, ideally on the client or occupier side. But aside from this, they can be flexible with the amount of exact experience they require.

The duties will include:

• Identifying and executing opportunities to maximise revenue across the Park, including lease renewals and regears.
• Proactively identifying asset improvement strategies, working closely with the Development Management team
• Regular interaction and negotiations with our occupiers throughout the Park, with a view of enhancing value but also enhancing the tenant’s experience.
• Managing day to day relationships with key stakeholders, customers and any external partners.
• Supporting in service charge management - contributing to the AM team asset planning process.
• To ensure that the capital and operational spend budgets, and revenue budgets are managed within agreed limits.

The candidate will ideally possess:

• MRICS qualification, with proven post-qualified experience
• Industrial/logistics experience is very helpful.
• Experience running Joint Ventures is also useful
