The Role
The successful incumbent will have responsibility for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to;
- Producing and amending certification issued to clients.
- Updating the WTW Certificate Database in a timely and accurate manner to ensure both an optimal experience for clients and adherence to audit requirements.
- Supporting Account Managers in preparing a range of renewal documentation
- Assisting Account Managers on a range of ad hoc tasks including, endorsement creation, setting up new organisations on Eclipse and liaising with Mumbai on billing queries
- Collating slip documentation and insurer security and uploading to system
- Updating and maintaining various operational reports which monitor and track Aerospace adherence to internal procedures and compliance processes
- Promoting and applying a ‘best practice’ and consistency within Aerospace
