What You'll Do
- Support on the delivery of our econometric models across C&H, Ireland & G&E and translate output along with agencies into actionable insights. Working with our media teams and agencies to drive a test and learn culture across our media teams with the goal of improving our media effectiveness.
- Work with key third party partners to ensure our approach to measurement is best in class and we are utilising the newness tools across platforms.
- You will manage central Test & Learn across all media teams to ensure teams are aligned and get meaningful results, sharing outputs of tests with stakeholders across the business to ensure visibility of learnings.
- Carry out budget optimisation work based on the outcomes of our econometrics work; convey the decisions to external partners and collaborate with them on activation
- Work with our CDP team to improve process and unlock 1PD for media teams.
- Alongside our analytics team you will support in creating meaningful reporting for paid media inclusive of audience & customer data. Working closely with analytics & data & tech teams to set up required tags for media optimisation and support on S2S integrations
- Consult on the design, creation and socialisation of tailored reports and real-time dashboards
- Support media teams on test designs for incrementality studies, ensure the results are easily digestible with clear and actionable insights
- Support in upskilling the internal marketing teams on using new technology in campaigns
- On an ongoing basis work with our attribution partner to ensure accuracy and that all feeds are pulling the correct data into the modelling so that teams are able to easily make decisions
- Stay up to date with latest ad tech and recommend new partners, supporting onboarding where appropriate
Who You Are
- Clear knowledge of ad tech, including viewability, pixel creation, troubleshooting and configuration and a thorough understanding of how paid media can be accurately measured.
- Sound understanding of analytics tools (ie. Adobe and Universal Analytics) including how to pull reports and methodology
- Proven experience working across all digital channels and accustomed to working with data & tech teams to deliver marketing requirements
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage cross functional partners, with strong communication and relationship building skills with experience in simplifying complex technical content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms and data integrations and advertising measurement methods and technologies, including experimental designs for direct response and brand outcomes.
- Ability to clearly present technical data and confidence in making recommendations
- Highly skilled at managing agency and vendor relationships
- Commercially minded and numbers driven, proactive, inquisitive and personable nature.
