Are you ready to make a real impact in mental health services? We’re looking for two Assistant Directors to lead our Children & Young People’s Services—one in Calderdale and the other in Leeds & surrounding areas. These senior leadership roles offer the chance to shape high-quality, responsive mental health support, overseeing both clinical and non-clinical services while driving strategy, quality, and operational excellence.
As a BACP-accredited provider, Northpoint is committed to increasing access to mental health care through flexible, high-impact services. We need experienced, dynamic leaders with a strong background in service management, strategic oversight, and workforce development. You’ll lead key areas such as governance, safeguarding, EDI, and team performance, ensuring services run effectively and sustainably.
Salary: £58,950 – £67,970 | Contract: Permanent, full-time (flexible options available)
