Assistant FP&A Accountant

Join our growing Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. We're looking for a part-qualified Accountant to support the Firm's growth through insightful financial reporting and analysis.

With high levels of stakeholder engagement from the outset and the chance to support the improvement and standardisation of current processes, you will be responsible for assisting the production of the Firm's monthly management accounts, Exec/Board level financial reporting and supporting the FP&A Analyst team.

What You'll Do:

• Deputise for senior team members, aiding in financial month-end processes and cross-team liaison.

• Prepare key financial adjustments, cashflow forecasts, and operational reports.

• Enhance decision-making at the executive level through insightful financial commentary.

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting in collaboration with the Commercial Finance Team.

• Support planning, forecasting, and innovate in routine reporting to improve business understanding.

Who We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) actively progressing in professional exams.

• Experienced in a finance role with advanced Excel and financial system skills.

• Strong in accounting principles, capable of delivering deep financial analysis.

• Effective communicator, capable of navigating a complex organisational structure.

• Driven to contribute to a fast-paced team and develop junior members.
