We have an amazing opportunity for a full time Assistant Garment Technologist to join our team to manage casual clothing (Jersey and Woven).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the quality and fit for casual clothing.
• Running fit meetings to drive consistency and improvement.
• Driving innovation in product, performance, and sustainability through benchmarking and technical advances.
• Integral part of the buying team, working with the Garment Technologist to advise on technical and sustainable suitability of fabric, construction and fit.
• Managing your categories testing and AQL programme.
• Managing sustainable proof of claim certification.
• Monitoring returns data to spot patterns and poor performance to deliver improvements.
• Building supplier relationships to influence quality and fit.
  
  
  

We would like to meet someone who is

• At least 1 years in an assistant technologist role.
• Capable of fitting unaided.
• Experienced at testing review and managing failures.
• Good data management and reporting skills.
• Experience of working with offshore suppliers.
• Good influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Team player capable of working under pressure to deadlines.
• Organised, methodical with great attention to detail.
