As part of the RSK Group, we are always keen to talk to built environment students or graduates who may be interested in a specialist career with us. As our new assistant you will provide assistance to our Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light surveying team on a wide range of projects.
You will also have the opportunity to assist with production of Reports and other Project related documents, as well as processing key data and attending meetings as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with local authorities and obtaining land registry documents.
- Organising and monitoring the storage of key information.
- Attending site visits.
- Responding to telephone calls from clients/other interested parties, offer assistance or take detailed messages.
- Adhere to the Company’s H&S procedures and policies at all times
- Completing general administration or ad hoc tasks as and when requested.
This role will offer quick progression for the right candidate, with a good level of on-the-job training to be provided.
What do you need?
- The ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team spirited outlook.
- The enthusiasm to learn quickly and act upon instructions with the use of common sense.
- An aptitude towards technology.
