Assistant Group Financial Controller

Our client, an expanding private equity-backed FMCG company, is seeking an Assistant Group Financial Controller to join their dynamic finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving financial excellence, streamlining reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group.

The ideal candidate will have come from a Big 4 accounting firm, or top 10, be ACA qualified, and have worked in an international company getting involved in complex group accounting. You will bring a strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, ensuring robust financial controls, and contributing to the financial strategy of a business set for significant growth.

You will supervise one team member and be the point of contact for external auditors in terms of audit planning and compliance. If you are ambitious and have a desire to grow into a group FC position in the next 3-5 years and are currently working as a group reporting manager, we would like to hear from you.
