📍 Location: Bath (with hybrid / flexible working options)

⏰ Hours: 20hrs per week

💷 Salary: £26,000–£28,000 FTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports
• Analyse financial data to support planning and decision-making
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including invoices, payments, and journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify and implement improvements to finance procedures
• Support finance projects in collaboration with the Finance Director
• Uphold financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
