Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager at Sport Aberdeen in Aberdeen. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring facility maintenance, and supporting the Operations Manager in various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, facility coordination, and staff scheduling
• Strong Customer Service Experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions efficiently

Salary:

Up to £29,500 per annum
