Tube Assembly Manager
Location: Redhill, Surrey

Role Overview: The Tube Assembly Manager (TAM) oversees the RTT X-Ray tube manufacturing process, including refurbishment. The TAM ensures a consistent flow of tubes, maintains high process standards, and promotes continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive production to meet targets.
- Manage departmental staff and maintain high performance standards.
- Generate reports and KPI graphs.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Resolve production issues and engage relevant departments.
- Maintain clean room standards.
- Identify and implement cost and process improvements.
- Lead new product introduction activities.
- Maintain equipment and control budget.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration.
- Recruit and train new employees.

Experience & Attributes:
- Extensive clean-room and managerial experience.
- Knowledge of high vacuum processes and tube production.

- Understanding of complex engineering drawings and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 qualifications in engineering or technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements.
