Role Purpose

Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites, this job opportunity will see you have the opportunity to work alongside some experienced M&E Site Managers and Construction Managers.

Through your experience and training in this job opportunity, there is a clear progression pathway to work towards becoming a full site manager.

Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.

The Role

Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.

  • Assist in managing M&E installations in accordance with company's Health & Safety
  • Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards
  • To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
  • Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients


Requirements

  • Experience working in an M&E or construction environment
  • Site health and safety card
  • Appropriate trade certificate/qualification
  • Good client management and communication skills
  • Fit for work medical

Desirable

  • Relevant M&E or construction qualification
  • SMSTS
  • Black Card CSCS
  • Water industry experience
  • EUSR
  • IPAF, PASMA, confined space
