This role offers the chance to work alongside senior lawyers on a variety of DCM matters, providing a platform to grow and develop within a market-leading team.
Our DCM practice is part of a broader banking team renowned for its strong City presence and leadership across the UK. Collaborating with sector-leading teams, including our top-tier housing finance team, we deliver unparalleled expertise in social housing, local authorities, and healthcare. This positions us as the preferred firm for DCM transactions in these sectors for bookrunners and investors alike. We boast an impressive client roster, advising major banks like Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, NatWest Markets, and Santander on public bond issuances, and represent the majority of UK institutional investors in privately placed transactions.
The role involves working on a diverse range of DCM matters, acting for bookrunners, investors, trustees, and issuers. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, providing timely, high-quality advice, and managing expectations. Our supportive environment encourages development through Associate specific programs, one-on-one coaching, and mentorship.
Ideal candidates will have around 1-2 years PQE in DCM transactions, experience in drafting documentation, transaction management, and a current understanding of regulatory and securities laws. We value detail-oriented, proactive, and confident individuals committed to delivering high-quality service and building lasting client relationships based on trust.
